Booking Policy

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• There is a two(2) night minimum stay requirement at the hotel. Any lesser nights stays may be on request.
• Hotel check-in age is 21.
• Reservations can only be made 365 days in advance to give our regular guests the chance to book for the next year.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• All deposits will be taken at the time of booking
• For stays 7 days or less, a $300 deposit is required.
• For stays longer than 7 days, a $500 deposit is required.
• Deposit will not exceed total amount of stay, minus taxes.
• A full refund of the deposit will be applied if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, or no shows, will result in loss of deposit.

Seasonal Discounts:

• 10% Discount on Winter Rentals 28 Nights or more.
• 10% Discount on Summer Rentals 7 Nights or more.
• Discounts will be applied immediately for online reservations.

General Terms

• All rates plus 11% Florida Sales Tax.
• Maid service every day except Sundays and holidays.
• All rates and reservations are subject to change or cancellation without notice
